Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Maintain all firefighting, fire detection, and PA system equipment to specified standards, ensuring seamless operation and minimizing downtime.">
  • Respond promptly to queries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.">
  • Assist other departmental personnel as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.">
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining exceptional attention to detail.">
  • Complete necessary reports, work orders, and other documentation accurately and on time, facilitating effective communication and decision-making.">
  • Prioritize safety above all else, practicing vigilant awareness and proactive measures to prevent accidents and ensure a secure environment.">
  • Provide exceptional service to guests at all times, responding promptly to requests and resolving issues with professionalism and courtesy.">
  • Effectively communicate important messages and guest requests to managers, ensuring seamless execution and follow-up.">
  • Report any missing or broken property to management immediately, maintaining high standards of accountability and responsibility.">
  • Maintain personal hygiene to the highest standards, reflecting positively on the hotel's image and reputation.">
  • Familiarize yourself with preventive maintenance schedules for firefighting, fire detection, and PA systems, ensuring prompt action and minimizing disruptions.">
  • Awareness of guest complaint handling procedures, addressing concerns promptly and professionally to maintain customer satisfaction.">
  • Ensure the upkeep of all firefighting and fire detection equipment, adhering to manufacturer recommendations and industry standards.">
  • Follow up on works handed over by the Fire Officer, guaranteeing timely completion and quality results.">
  • Adhere to company policies and decisions, embracing a culture of transparency and accountability.">
  • Filling the preventive maintenance chart with accurate information after completing preventive works and addressing complaints related to firefighting and fire detection.">
  • Abide by key handling procedures, maintaining security and preventing unauthorized access.">
  • Following all safety and security measures, prioritizing guest and employee well-being above all else.">
  • Safeguard and protect hotel property, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.">
  • Carry out start and end of shift duties efficiently, ensuring a seamless handover and maintaining high standards of performance.">
  • Reporting any issues related to fire and safety in guestrooms, machinery areas, and public spaces, taking prompt action to resolve concerns.">
  • Conducting fire and safety training to all hotel employees as an ongoing process, in coordination with the training manager and security manager.">

  • Reviewing history and complaints related to firefighting, fire detection, and PA systems, providing actionable insights to DOE/ADOE.">
  • Awareness of company business plans, understanding the strategic direction and objectives.">
  • Familiarity with departmental budgets and expenses, making informed decisions that align with company goals.">

  • Grooming checks, maintaining high standards of appearance and presentation.">
  • Organizing team motivational activities, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.">

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
