We are a rapidly growing organization seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure and Security Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cloud Infrastructure Development: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to ensure high availability and scalability.
  • Security Controls Implementation: Establish and maintain infrastructure security controls, including IAM policies, secrets management, access controls, and monitoring, to optimize security.
  • C I / CD Pipeline Creation: Build CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment workflows to improve developer productivity.
  • Vulnerability Assessments and Threat Modeling: Conduct vulnerability assessments and threat modeling to safeguard our systems.
  • Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting Frameworks: Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting frameworks to ensure observability and proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Partner with engineering teams to embed security best practices into product development.
  • Compliance Readiness: Ensure compliance readiness through security automation and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: 2–5 years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or security engineering roles.
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong expertise in AWS/GCP/Azure (at least one major cloud platform).
  • Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes, Docker: Experience with Terraform / Ansible / Kubernetes / Docker.
  • Networking, Firewalls, VPNs, Endpoint Security: Familiarity with networking, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security.
  • Monitoring & Logging Tools: Proficiency with monitoring & logging tools (Datadog, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch, etc.).
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Security Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of security fundamentals (encryption, IAM, vulnerability management).
  • Prior Startup Experience: Prior startup experience (scaled or early-stage) preferred – comfortable wearing multiple hats and driving outcomes independently.
Nice-to-Have Skills
  • Zero-Trust Architectures: Exposure to zero-trust architectures.
  • Compliance Frameworks: Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO, HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Security Incident Response: Experience responding to security incidents in production environments.
  • Scripting for Automation: Knowledge of scripting (Python, Bash, Go, etc.) for automation.
