Job Opportunity for Experienced Quality Assurance Professional

With a strong background in inspection, testing, and quality control for castings and metal components, we seek an experienced and detail-oriented individual to coordinate with third-party inspection agencies, ensure compliance with quality assurance plans (QAP), and conduct internal and external quality tests. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in both destructive and non-destructive testing (NDT) and be skilled in the calibration and use of precision instruments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspection: Visual Inspection, Dimensional Inspection, Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, Liquid Penetrant Testing (LPT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT)
  • Documentation & Reporting: Preparing and reviewing inspection reports, as well as ensuring accurate documentation of test results
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaising with third-party inspection agencies, on-site inspectors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of inspections
  • Quality Assurance Plans (QAP): Thoroughly understanding and executing QAPs based on customer standards and project requirements
  • Internal Testing & Lab Analysis: Conducting daily production testing and inspection, chemical analysis using a spectrometer, and mechanical testing: tensile and hardness testing
  • Technical Collaboration: Coordinating with NABL-accredited laboratories and ensuring adherence to national/international testing standards
  • Heat Treatment Process: Supervising and quality-checking heat treatment processes for castings
  • Measuring Instruments & Calibration: Proficiently handling, using, and calibrating precision measuring tools and gauges
