Overview

Our organization seeks an experienced Salesforce CRM Analytics professional to join our team. This role requires a strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for analytics and reporting needs.
  • Design and develop Salesforce CRM Analytics datasets, lenses, dashboards, and stories to provide actionable insights and drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce CRM Analytics applications to meet specific business requirements, leveraging features such as SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language), dataflows, and recipes.
  • Integrate Salesforce CRM Analytics with external data sources, including Salesforce CRM data, ERP systems, and other third-party applications.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions, ensuring efficient data processing, storage, and visualization.
  • Conduct training and provide technical support to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Salesforce CRM Analytics solutions.
Requirements

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with the following qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in Salesforce CRM Analytics or related field.
  • Strong understanding of data analysis, business intelligence, and technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Domain knowledge in Manufacturing & Automotive is desirable.
