Job Overview

We are seeking a high-impact professional to lead our strategy and policy efforts.

This role will play a critical part in shaping the future of our industry, requiring a mix of creativity, analytical rigor, and strong understanding of regulatory frameworks.

The successful candidate will act as both strategic analyst and execution partner to the Chief Regulatory Officer, helping to frame policy narratives, manage external engagement, and guide internal stakeholders on regulatory implications that affect our diverse businesses across telecom, digital, financial services, entertainment, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate policy positions across telecom, broadcasting, financial services, entertainment, and digital ecosystems.
  • Track, monitor, and analyze competition, market and regulatory trends & provide strategic updates to support policy advocacy.
  • Prepare briefing notes, presentations, regulatory submissions, and communication strategies to influence key stakeholders.
  • Standardize reporting mechanisms to track regulatory engagements and advocacy outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders within Regulatory team and other cross functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Network, Ops, etc.) to ensure alignment of business goals with evolving regulatory priorities.
  • Support the CRO in prioritization, resource planning, and coordination of high-impact projects across multiple business lines.

  • Proven track record of stakeholder management across policymakers, regulators, and cross-functional business teams.
