We seek a passionate and skilled tech co-founder with strong coding and product development expertise to drive transformative projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end development of production-grade AI/ML products and modules, focusing on innovation and scalability.
  • Build and scale AI Agents, Agentic RAG frameworks, LangChain and LangGraph-based systems, leveraging cutting-edge technologies.
  • Architect and deploy applications in cloud platforms, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
  • Deliver MVPs with scalable architecture, followed by rapid feature iterations, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor a growing team of developers and interns, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, advisors, and investors to align tech strategy with business goals, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Actively contribute to fundraising discussions, investor demos, and go-to-market strategy, showcasing the company's vision and value proposition.

Requirements:

  • 3–8 years of strong coding and full-stack product development experience, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-grade products.
  • Expertise in AI/ML pipelines and productisation, Agentic AI systems, RAG architectures, LangChain, LangGraph, vector databases, cloud services, and strong hands-on coding skills in Python, Node.js, or related stacks.
  • Prior experience in an early-stage startup or entrepreneurial initiative is preferred, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
  • Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resilience, adaptability, and passion for building from scratch, with a willingness to take calculated risks and learn from failures.
