Content Creation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced content writer who can transform intricate concepts into clear and compelling narratives that resonate with diverse audiences. If you have a passion for crafting impactful content that aligns with business objectives, we would like to hear from you.

About the Role:
  • Develop engaging content across multiple formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts, and web pages.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into powerful stories.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and conduct research to maintain the relevance and freshness of content.
  • Apply SEO best practices to enhance visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Oversee the content creation process end-to-end – from conception and writing to final approvals.
  • Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Partner with designers to bring content to life visually (infographics, eBooks, etc.).
  • Review and refine content created by others, providing constructive feedback.
  • Use analytics to measure the impact of content and refine the content strategy.
  • Guide and mentor junior writers, elevating team output and quality.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • 4–12 years of content experience in the IT industry.
  • A Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field (Master's a plus).
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience in writing for various formats and audiences.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content performance analysis skills.
  • Proficiency with CMS tools (e.g., WordPress) and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to lead, coach, and collaborate in a fast-paced, agile team.
