Procurement Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing and Procurement Specialist to fill this key role.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, including buying, inventory management, and supplier relationships. This involves reviewing material requirements and specifications, releasing purchase orders, and reconciling purchases.

This role is responsible for maintaining master data and updates, identifying potential risks, and mitigating plans. The successful candidate will also establish and monitor issue, change, and quality management processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing and analyzing data to inform procurement decisions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Developing and implementing process improvements

The ideal candidate will be experienced in ERP systems, preferably JDE/SAP or Ariba, and be willing to work flexible shift timings.
