We are seeking a seasoned SAP FICO professional to take on a key role in implementing and supporting our finance management processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and controlling processes, along with hands-on experience in configuring and customizing SAP FICO modules.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.
  • Conduct system testing and support user acceptance testing to guarantee accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO issues, leveraging expertise in SAP configuration and customization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and maintain documentation related to system configurations and processes, enhancing knowledge sharing and transfer.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP FICO functionalities, ensuring efficient adoption and utilization.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to ensure accuracy, compliance, and optimization of business processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on financial accounting and controlling processes.
  • 4-9 years of experience in SAP FICO implementation and support, with a proven track record of delivering results-driven solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of financial accounting and controlling processes, as well as hands-on experience with SAP configuration and customization for FICO modules.
  • Familiarity with integration of SAP FICO with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD), ensuring smooth inter-module functioning.
  • Proficient in SAP reporting tools and methodologies, with the ability to leverage this expertise to drive business insights and decision-making.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to tackle complex issues and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
