Job Title: Culinary Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing menu items to the highest standards.

• Food Preparation: Prepare high-quality menu items in a timely and efficient manner.
• Culinary Skills: Demonstrate advanced knife handling skills and possess a good understanding of culinary terms and food knowledge.
• Teamwork: Work effectively with colleagues in any kitchen section to achieve common goals.
• Quality Control: Ensure that all food prepared meets the highest quality standards.
• Adaptability: Be flexible and able to adapt to changing circumstances in the kitchen.

• Experience: A minimum of 4 years experience in an upscale hotel or resort environment, with 2 years as Line Cook.
• Culinary Education: Culinary school degree required.
• Skill Set: Strong management, communication, problem-solving and people skills. Excellent customer service, teamwork and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer Literacy: Intermediate computer software skills and basic accounting principles understanding.
