Job Title: Accounts Payable Coordinator

The role of the Accounts Payable Coordinator is to ensure timely and accurate payment processing, maintaining a clean and organized accounting system. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness
  • Classify and match invoices with corresponding payment requests
  • Process payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Audit and reconcile vendor statements to ensure accurate reporting
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions
  • Provide exceptional customer service to vendors and internal stakeholders
  • Assist in month-end closing processes and perform other related tasks as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable or similar role
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounting software and systems
