**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Strategist to join our team at Mindgate Solutions. As a Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy, creating engaging content, growing our LinkedIn follower base, establishing thought leadership, and analyzing metrics to measure success.

Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, focusing on LinkedIn and other relevant B2B platforms.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content, including LinkedIn posts, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and email newsletters that align with Mindgate Solutions brand voice and industry trends.
  • Social Media Community Growth: Grow Mindgate Solutions LinkedIn followers and engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Thought Leadership: Monitor industry conversations and actively participate in discussions to establish thought leadership.
  • Metrics Analysis: Track, analyze, and report key social media metrics to measure success and optimize strategy.

Campaign Execution & Community Engagement:

  • Campaign Planning: Plan and execute social media campaigns around industry events, product launches, and corporate announcements.
  • Follower Engagement: Engage with followers, respond to queries, and foster relationships with industry influencers and partners.
  • Multimedia Content Creation: Work with designers and video teams to create multimedia content (infographics, videos, and animations).

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5-6 years of experience in social media management and content marketing, preferably in the Fintech, Payments, or B2B SaaS industries.
  • Proven Track Record: Proven track record of managing LinkedIn campaigns and growing brand presence in a B2B setting.
  • Writing Skills: Strong writing and storytelling skills with the ability to create compelling content.
  • Analytics Tools Familiarity: Familiarity with social media analytics tools (LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Paid Social Campaign Experience: Experience in running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn.
  • SEO Knowledge: Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
