Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Project Controller to lead on small project planning/control assignments, work as part of a team on large projects/frameworks, extract accurate information, and lead junior planners/controllers in delivering plans to time, cost and quality.

The successful candidate will contribute to project planning, scheduling and controlling strategies for assigned projects, guided by PMs/Principal Consultants. They will assist Project Managers and Project Engineers with estimates and plans for bid/tenders, monitor costs and manpower, ensuring actuals are within budget and charged to the correct job number.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrable capability in Project Controls, using Primavera/Microsoft/other planning products, understanding of Critical Path Analysis, Earned Value Techniques and Basic project management skills. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel/Word for developing tools and dashboards is essential.

To be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in line management, including mentoring and developing team members, ability to work in a team environment, lead by example and supervise junior planners/controllers. You will also have excellent communication skills.
