We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Campus Engagement Manager to join our team.

As a key member of our outreach strategy, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with vocational institutes, Training & Placement Officers, Principals, and other skilling partners. Your goal will be to plan and execute mobilisation campaigns that drive student engagement and conversions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be proactive, results-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mobilisation Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive mobilisation strategy to engage students and promote our platform across multiple campuses.
  • Partnership Building: Foster strong relationships with vocational institutes, Training & Placement Officers, Principals, and other skilling partners to drive student engagement and conversions.
  • Campaign Execution: Plan and execute mobilisation campaigns, including campus drives, marshaling camps, job-fairs, bootcamps, e-onboarding sessions, and placement workshops.
  • Candidate Funnel Management: Own the end-to-end candidate funnel from outreach to registration, eligibility screening, skill-tagging, digital onboarding, and placement handover.
  • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate logistics for on-site drives and manage third-party mobilisers/agencies when required.
  • Candidate Support: Provide support to candidates throughout their journey, including pre-screening, basic assessments, documentation verification, and quality assurance.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and monitor campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with recruitment/delivery teams to ensure smooth handover, follow-up for joining, and improve offer-to-join conversion.
