Job Overview

As an experienced Informatica Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation of our enterprise data management infrastructure.

  • Provide 24/7 support for Informatica PowerCenter, Power Exchange, and Informatica Data Management Cloud (IDMC) to guarantee high availability and optimal performance.
  • Monitor and maintain cloud components related to Informatica on AWS, Azure, and GCP, ensuring efficient deployment and scaling.
  • Manage incident resolution, environmental stability, and SLA compliance to meet business objectives.
  • Perform proactive monitoring, health checks, and platform performance optimization to minimize downtime and ensure peak efficiency.
  • Assist with TLS/SSL certificate management and OS patching for Linux and Windows to safeguard data security.
  • Support database client configuration and connectivity for Oracle, DB2, MongoDB, and Teradata to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Help with Zena Scheduler setup and job execution monitoring to streamline workflow processes.
  • Provide basic support for SSH/PGP key management, cloud networking (NSGs), and storage configuration to enhance overall system resilience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Extensive experience with Informatica products, including PowerCenter, Power Exchange, and IDMC.
  • Proficiency in cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective services.
  • Strong understanding of data management concepts, including data warehousing, ETL, and data governance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
