Main Responsibilities:
  • Collect and organize data using statistical methods, leveraging problem-solving skills to drive informed decision-making.
  • Develop solutions to problems encountered during data collection, cleaning, and model development, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Gather data from multiple sources, prepare it for analysis, and identify trends and patterns in large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
  • Design and develop machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve business problems, focusing on accuracy and scalability.
  • Validate findings using statistical techniques, ensuring the integrity of data-driven insights.
  • Communicate results through clear and engaging visualizations and reports, facilitating stakeholder understanding.
  • Collaborate with various teams to apply data-driven insights, promoting cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field, demonstrating academic excellence.
  • 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis or Data Analysis (SFIA level 3-4), showcasing expertise in the field.
  • Proficiency in Python and C++, essential programming languages for data analysis.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, such as AWS Bedrock and GCP Vertox, ensuring flexibility in technology stacks.
  • MLops scalability and model development expertise, enabling efficient model deployment.
  • Containerization skills (Docker), facilitating efficient application deployment.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, critical for effective team management.
