Job Title

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance function, you will be responsible for conducting research activities, analyzing data, and identifying trends to drive process improvements.

  • Daily/Weekly/Monthly Research Activities:
    • Data mining and understanding the reasons for quality defects
    • Prepare and publish daily/weekly/monthly reports on inventory quality
  • Bin Management and Control:
    • Creation, addition, deletion, and bin locks
  • Conduct Daily Training and Skill Huddles:
    • Train associates on new processes and procedures
    • Lead daily skill huddles to discuss best practices and improve performance
  • Quality Feedback to Associates:
    • Provide feedback to associates on their performance and suggest areas for improvement
  • Stand-in for Process Associate and Area Manager:
    • Act as a liaison between the process associate and area manager to ensure seamless communication

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving
  • Strong analytical, math, data analysis, listening, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of SQL is mandatory; Visual Basic is an added advantage
  • Use of macros to simplify reports
