As a key member of the HR team, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and providing clerical support to senior HR executives. This role involves compiling and updating employee records in both hard and soft copies, as well as processing documentation and preparing reports related to personnel activities.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will also be required to coordinate HR projects, meetings, training sessions, and surveys. You will need to take minutes during these events and deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Requirements- Proven experience as an HR assistant or staff assistant
- Familiarity with HRIS or HRMS systems
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
