Job Title: Information Technology Operations Engineer

This is a key position for the successful implementation, management and support of cloud deployments, systems and services to ensure high levels of availability, redundancy, and business continuity.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients Azure infrastructure spanning multiple data centers focusing on performance, availability, and stability.

Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with automation tools and processes such as Azure Dev/Ops, continuous integration, and automation of infrastructure components.

Furthermore, this position involves working closely with cross-functional development/analytics teams to deploy and operate systems and help automate and streamline IT operations processes.

Requirements:
  • A degree or diploma in Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
  • Post-secondary education from a community college or one or more professional designations.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Server and Cloud Administration.
  • A Microsoft Azure Certification (AZ100 or AZ300 preferred) is mandatory.
  • VMWare Virtualization Certification is an asset.
  • Programming language experience is desirable but not essential.
