Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and business success of our applications.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills. They will also possess strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis.

  • Perform thorough regression testing to ensure new changes do not impact existing functionality
  • Design, maintain, and execute detailed test cases scripts and validation checks aligned with business and technical requirements
  • Conduct data validation, reconciliation, and analysis across multiple systems and sources
  • Utilize SQL, Python, and Excel to perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and reporting
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues
  • Document, track, and manage defects using a defect tracking tool, ensuring timely resolution
  • Continuously improve testing processes, frameworks, and automation opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in regression testing with strong defect identification and troubleshooting skills
  • Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and advanced Excel for data validation and analysis
  • Experience working with a defect tracking tool
  • Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) testing methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
