Visual Design Apprentice

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Visual Design Apprentice to join our team. As a key member of our creative engine, you will play a vital role in developing visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, presentations, emailers, and more.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop visually engaging materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Assist in creating brand-consistent designs that effectively communicate client messaging and cultural insights.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to ideate innovative visual solutions that drive results.
  • Support the development of photo editing, layout work, and visual refinement for various outputs.
  • Help maintain and organize design files, mood boards, and asset libraries for seamless workflow.
Your Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Demonstrated passion for visual storytelling and design through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
  • Strong visual sensitivity, attention to detail, and understanding of layouts, color theory, and typography.
