Job Opportunity

This role involves working closely with our clients in Bangalore to gain a deep understanding of their IT infrastructure and end-user requirements.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain adherence to established ITIL processes for Incident, Change, Problem, Request, and Knowledge management on a daily basis.
  • Contribute towards ongoing improvement initiatives and take ownership of assigned tasks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 4-6 years' experience in Active Directory administration and management of AD Forests, Domains, Trusts, OUs, FSMO roles, and GPOs.
  • Strong knowledge of on-premises Exchange and hybrid configurations is essential.
  • Familiarity with Windows-related technologies like SCCM, Print servers, DFS, and SSO is required.
  • Experience in vulnerability management and emergency support is necessary.
  • Excellent customer service attitude, strong written and verbal communication skills, and ability to effectively communicate at all levels are crucial.
Nice to Have Skills and Experience:
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for administrative task automation is desirable.
