Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to fill a key position within our organization. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for reviewing and improving financial processes across the business.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with global procedures and operating methodologies in transactional areas and refine these on an ongoing basis
  • End-to-end procure-to-pay knowledge with hands-on SAP experience at transactional level to guide the service provider in improving efficiency in operations
  • Understanding of vendor management systems and vendor metrics, with a focus on improvement
  • Identification and implementation of opportunities to simplify operational processes and automate them using robotics process automation
  • Review and revision of global standard operating procedures to align with improved processes and practices
  • Ensuring consistent levels of service delivery by the service provider and engaging with departments to improve or sustain service levels
  • Defining and updating risk and control matrices, resolving audit findings, and supporting internal and external audit teams
  • Providing support and guidance to the business through the implementation of standardized processes and controls

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified accountant with minimum 5 years of experience in F&A, with at least 3 years of exposure to operational finance
  • Strong leadership skills, experience of working with senior finance teams, leading and developing remote teams
  • Non-positional influencing skills, hands-on accounting principles and procedures, internal accounting standards knowledge, and proficiency in SAP finance modules and advanced MS Excel
  • English proficiency, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, pro-activeness, communication skills, conflict management, analytical and logical thinking skills, emotional intelligence, and growth mindset
