Job Title: Rockwell FTPS MES Modeler

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this critical role in the implementation and configuration of Rockwell FactoryTalk Pharma Suite (FTPS) for Electronic Batch Records (EBRs).

This key position involves designing, authoring, and configuring EBRs using Rockwell FTPS MES, as well as knowledge of SQL development, VB6, C#, .Net, and other relevant IT skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Development & Configuration: Gather requirements for product design, collaborate with product experts, design and configure EBRs using Rockwell FTPS MES.
  • MES Implementation & Integration: Implement MES solutions, integrate them with ERP systems and control equipment, validate recipes with internal and site teams.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Document MES configurations, validate EBRs, ensure compliance with FDA and GMP guidelines.
  • Project Coordination & Communication: Provide regular status updates to the Project Manager, work with product vendors, facilitate meetings and follow up on action items.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Rockwell FTPS MES, strong understanding of SDLC and support methodologies, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
