The Senior Director position requires a seasoned professional to lead a team of analysts in supporting the RFP process for Real World Data (RWD). The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and overseeing consulting delivery work, optimizing its delivery, and ensuring the quality of outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Liaise with global leaders to foster a healthy team dynamic and contribute to recruitment, training, engagement, and HR-related activities.
  2. Spearhead the creation of data lakes that serve as delivery accelerators, leveraging unstructured notes and collaborating with offshore resources.
  3. Oversee the accuracy, turnaround time, and team skills of the analyst team responding to customer inquiries.
Requirements
  1. Possess proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience.
  2. Hold a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math, or equivalent with significant data science algorithm development experience.
  3. Demonstrate at least 7-10 years of experience leading globally distributed teams delivering consulting work, preferably in Data Science and Data Engineering.
  4. Showcase a total of 15-18 years of work experience, with 80% or more of recent experience in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience domains.
