Lead Design Visionary

We seek an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead our creative efforts and contribute to defining the visual identity of our brand.

  • Create visually appealing assets for digital and print platforms that reflect our brand's essence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to develop creative solutions aligned with our strategy and tone.
  • Mentor junior designers to enhance their skills while maintaining high standards of thoughtful and minimalist design.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints with a focus on clean, intuitive, and sophisticated layouts.
  • Translate complex ideas into understandable visuals that strike a balance between subtlety and impact.
  • Stay updated on global design trends, particularly in minimalistic and luxury aesthetics, and apply them where relevant.
  • Manage multiple projects efficiently without compromising on attention to detail or design integrity.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a portfolio showcasing expertise in minimalistic, elegant, and high-end design.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), with motion graphics or video editing experience a plus.
  • Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and space usage to create balanced designs.
  • Ability to craft understated yet effective designs that convey the brand message.
  • Experience working with international teams or brands with sensitivity to cross-cultural design approaches.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with a natural sense of aesthetic balance.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with UX/UI design ensuring user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces.
  • Awareness of how design influences brand perception and customer experience.
