  • Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with the admissions and onboarding teams to ensure a seamless enrollment process.
  • Achieve individual counseling and enrollment targets while contributing to the team's overall growth.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline is mandatory.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in academic counseling, sales, or EdTech is required.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English are essential.
  • Skills: Good interpersonal abilities, proficiency in digital tools (WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM software), and a proactive approach to learning and professional growth are necessary.
  • Personality Traits: Friendly, empathetic, target-oriented, with a keen interest in career guidance and education are ideal traits.
