• 2-5 years of experience as an Indian Chef or in a similar role.
• Familiarity with various Indian cooking techniques and styles.
• Strong knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking methods.
• Able to create innovative dishes while maintaining authenticity.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Certification in culinary arts or relevant field preferred.
