Hr And Payroll Administrator

Job Responsibilities:
  • Maintain attendance and leave records as well as payroll coordination to ensure seamless employee management.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory laws and regulations such as PF, ESI, Factory Act, and labor laws.
  • Support employee welfare by providing access to safety, medical facilities, and organizing engagement activities to foster good employee relations.
  • Manage training coordination and maintain accurate training records.
  • Maintain personnel files and HRMIS records in an organized manner.
  • Offer support to plant administration when required.
Required Skills:
  • Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with plant employees and resolve queries.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR software knowledge.
