Job Title: SASA-IND Project Leader

As a Project Leader, you will collaborate with various teams to drive business outcomes and contribute to a close collaboration with key stakeholders and secure communication flows within Supply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement ways of working to enhance collaboration and communication.
  • Generate clarity, speed, and enable a new way of collaborating that contributes to future processes and ways of working in a solution-oriented manner.
  • Plan and organize assignments according to the IKEA decision model and applicable delivery methodology.
  • Manage assignments within scope, time, and cost frames, applying relevant project management methods and tools.
  • Identify, mitigate, and manage risks.
  • Be an IKEA ambassador of IKEA values and practice Fact-based Business.

Qualifications:

  • Strong project management skills with knowledge of tools and methodology.
  • Background in Supply Chain essential.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaborative relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to lead in unknown, test, and try new approaches.
  • Capability to facilitate, challenge, and balance the interests of multiple stakeholders and create a common view, leading with communication.
  • Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities to make meaningful business insights, define risks, and recommendations with a fact-based approach.
  • Capability to learn easily and quickly adapt to different business contexts.
  • Capability to motivate, manage change, and deliver results by creating involvement, engagement, and a sense of urgency in the project team.
  • Experience of leading – navigating projects with internal and external stakeholders.

Additional Information:

This position will be based in Bangalore, India. Traveling is part of the assignment to collaborate and work with different teams, when needed.

This position does not come with a mobility/relocation package.
