Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure, test, and maintain the Majesco Billing system to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.">
  • Support premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation tasks.">
  • Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement effective billing solutions.">
  • Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes to minimize downtime.">
  • Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing), defect tracking, and resolution processes.">
  • Document processes, configuration changes, and provide end-user training to ensure smooth operations.">

Required Skills & Experience:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system is required.">
  • Knowledge of insurance billing processes, including P&C or Life/Annuities/Health, is essential.">
  • Understanding of policy administration, claims, and integration with billing systems is necessary.">
  • Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting are required.">
  • Good problem-solving and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.">
