  • Consultant & Team Management:
    • Nurture relationships with top interior design consultants to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
    • Lead a high-performing team of design managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and opportunities for professional development.
    • Empower your team to take ownership of projects while maintaining a personal touch and oversight.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work closely with sales teams to translate client aspirations into tangible design solutions.
    • Partner with architectural, construction, and finishing teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.
    • Resolve conflicts between aesthetics, timelines, and costs while upholding the highest standards of quality and design integrity.
  • Site Supervision & Execution Excellence:
    • Visit project sites regularly to oversee finishing and detailing, ensuring flawless delivery.
    • Conduct thorough snagging and quality checks to guarantee precision and attention to detail.
  • Commercial Awareness & Value Engineering:
    • Balance creativity with commercial acumen, optimizing designs for cost without compromising the luxury experience.
    • Review and approve budgets, BOQs, indents, and vendor submissions to ensure accuracy and design alignment.
  • Innovation & Future-Readiness:
    • Stay at the forefront of industry trends, incorporating global best practices and innovative materials into projects.
    • Explore and adopt digital and AI tools to enhance visualization, moodboarding, and other design processes.
