Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of network infrastructures and expertise in supporting complex network environments.

This is a dynamic position that requires the ability to troubleshoot and resolve high-level network issues, manage critical network infrastructure, and support network projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing technical support for network-related issues across LAN, WAN, and Data Center environments.
  • Configuring, monitoring, and maintaining switches, routers, and other networking equipment.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving complex network performance and connectivity issues.
  • Utilizing diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, SolarWinds, and Cisco Prime to identify problems and optimize network performance.
  • Implementing and managing security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and other security measures to safeguard the network infrastructure.
  • Assisting in the design, planning, and execution of network upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
  • Supporting and troubleshooting network devices, cabling, routing protocols, and network topologies.
  • Collaborating with other teams, including system administrators, security, and application teams, to ensure smooth network operations and resolve cross-functional issues.
  • Maintaining detailed documentation for network configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices.
  • Staying up-to-date with emerging networking technologies, industry trends, and best practices.
  • Providing mentoring and guidance to junior network engineers and staff.
