This is a full-time role for a Sr. MERN Stack Developer located in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will lead web development projects, design and develop front-end and back-end architecture, ensure responsive design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key day-to-day tasks include writing clean, scalable, and efficient code, debugging and optimizing applications, managing databases, and participating in code reviews.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate should have strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. They should also have a thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles. Experience with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB is essential. Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token, and familiarity with RESTful APIs are highly desirable. Additionally, the candidate should be able to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements. Experience with common development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc., is necessary. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is necessary. Prior experience in leading or mentoring a team is a plus.
