About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Analog Design Manager to lead high-speed IC design in India.
The High Speed Amplifiers team specializes in designing high-speed amplifiers from 50MHz to several GHz, focusing on both bipolar and CMOS amplifiers with precision elements. This includes developing signal-chain based ASSPs, such as high-speed laser current drivers, log amplifiers, VGAs, PD & APD front ends, with specifications driven by end equipment and customer collaboration.
This team is responsible for full product development from definition to market release, and the design lead/manager will drive flawless design execution and support product design through release and beyond.
As a technical leader, you will discuss critical issues and requirements with key stakeholders, including internal and external experts. We value challenging norms and executing innovative ideas into products, often with aggressive timelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- To work with top industry experts on high-speed designs, pushing circuit design limits with multiple devices targeting state-of-the-art precision and noise.
- To develop skills in a fast-paced environment, working on ASSPs for unique EEs and customers.
- To manage product development in new cutting-edge analog technologies, build process technology insights, develop circuits, and influence decisions impacting multiple products and teams.
- To mentor design engineers/interns and grow their careers.
- To present analysis and conclusions to internal customers and business leaders.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of analog design experience.
- Experience managing design teams and full product development preferred.
- Strong electrical engineering fundamentals and basic analog building blocks.
- Experience designing analog and power management circuits, high-speed, and bipolar concepts.
- Understanding of DV flows and tools.
- Good communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
