We are looking for a talented Java Question Creator to develop conceptual and coding-based questions for assessments and learning modules. As a key team member, you will create both theoretical multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and hands-on coding challenges that test real-world Java skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Create theory questions (MCQs, short answers, scenario-based) that showcase strong Java fundamentals.
  • Design coding problems with clear instructions, sample input/output, and test cases that cater to different skill levels.
  • Categorize questions into difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard) to ensure an engaging experience for learners.
  • Maintain the originality and high quality of questions to keep them relevant and challenging.
  • Collaborate with our team to align with assessment requirements and ensure seamless integration.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Core Java, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Collections, Multithreading, and Exception Handling.
  • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms to create well-structured questions.
  • Familiarity with Spring Boot, REST APIs, and practical use cases is a plus.
  • Ability to write clear, structured, and plagiarism-free content that engages learners.
  • Prior experience in teaching, mentoring, or preparing coding challenges is an advantage.
