Job Title: Clinical Data Programmer

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Data Programmer to join our team. As a key member of our data operations, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining clinical data systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Programming and Mappings: Develop and implement programming logic to map clinical data from various sources into standardized formats.
  • Data Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Clinical Data Review: Conduct thorough reviews of clinical data in JReview to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Task Automation: Design and implement automation scripts to streamline data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
  • Data Extraction and Transformations: Configure data extraction and transformations across multiple data sources at the study level as defined by the Data Transfer Agreement and other specifications provided by Data Engineers.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with internal/external stakeholders and data engineers in a collaborative manner to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Quality Delivery: Ensure accurate delivery of data format and data frequency with quality deliverables per specification.
Additional Activities:
  • Quality Review: Assist with quality review of above activities performed by a vendor, as needed.
  • SOP Compliance: Adhere to SOPs for computer system validation and all GCP (Good Clinical Practice) regulations.
  • Compliance and Training: Ensure compliance with own Learning Curricula, corporate and/or GxP requirements. Performs other duties as assigned within timelines.
