Financial Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of accounting, including financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

You will oversee operations in account receivable/accounts payable, payroll, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. This includes TDS, GST, Internal Audit, Statutory and Tax Audit, ITR Filling, Secretarial matters, etc.

Your contributions will play a crucial role in shaping our company's financial strategy and driving its continued growth and success. You will have the opportunity to adapt to the uncertainty of early-stage startups and take ownership of complex projects from initiation to completion.

In this role, you will work closely with the management team to drive business growth and make strategic decisions that impact our company's success. Some key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end accounting with the team to ensure accurate and timely books of accounts
  • Overseeing operations in Account Receivable/Accounts Payable, Payroll
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Providing clear visibility through dashboards, MIS, and financial statements for statutory reporting and internal reporting of yearly, quarterly, and monthly financials to various stakeholders
  • Forecasting cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for expenses and investments
  • Actively participating and liaising with external stakeholders, partners, and agencies
  • Developing and implementing financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior experience working in e-commerce accounting or similar roles.
