Job Title: Creative Visual Designer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Designer to join our team at Training Basket. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for developing innovative and visually appealing graphic designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Creation: Develop engaging graphic designs for various mediums, including print, digital, and social media.
  • Motion Graphics: Create animations and motion graphics for use in videos, presentations, and digital advertising.
  • Concept Development: Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and develop concepts for campaigns and projects.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with Training Basket's brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity.
  • Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into effective visual solutions.

Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • Portfolio: Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both static graphic design and motion graphics.
  • Creative Skills: Exceptional creativity and innovation with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere Pro.
  • Animation Skills: Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, and storytelling through motion graphics.
