Senior Tax Expert

We're seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our US Individual Taxation team. As a key member, you'll be responsible for reviewing and managing US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings). You will handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and manage US Individual Tax Returns (1040, 1040NR, State Filings).
- Handle complex tax scenarios, including FBAR, FATCA, 3520, 3520A, 5471, 8865.
- Lead client discussions, ensure compliance, and deliver quality tax solutions.
- Mentor and guide team members, ensuring timely delivery during peak seasons.
- Represent clients in front of the IRS with POA when required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8–12 years of US Individual Tax experience (with reviewer-level exposure).
- Strong client-handling and communication skills.
- EA Certification is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in US shift (Jan–Apr, Sep–Oct); 2 PM – 11 PM in off-season.
- Permanent Work from Office (Bangalore / Udupi).
