About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished UX/UI Designer with expertise in Webflow to spearhead the design of user experiences and interfaces for our core Fintech product, while managing public-facing websites built on Webflow.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop end-to-end design processes for new product features, from concept to high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes.
  • Transform complex financial concepts into intuitive user interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions and create data-driven personas and journey maps.
  • Create wireframes, user flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction ideas.
  • Maintain a comprehensive design system in Figma for consistency and scalability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into beautiful and functional interfaces.
  • Promote user-centered design principles within the organization.

Webflow Development & Management:

  • Design, build, manage, and optimize company websites using Webflow for exceptional performance, responsiveness, and user experience.
  • Architect and implement complex component structures and layouts in Webflow.
  • Manage Webflow's CMS for various content types, ensuring ease of use for marketing teams.
  • Implement custom interactions, animations, and transitions for engaging web experiences.
  • Integrate third-party tools and services into our Webflow sites.
  • Conduct regular site audits for performance, accessibility, and SEO, implementing improvements for site health and visibility.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of professional experience developing and managing complex websites in Webflow.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing Webflow projects demonstrating expertise in building complex components, dynamic content, and sophisticated interactions.
  • 2+ years of professional UX/UI design experience for digital products (web or mobile applications).
  • An impressive portfolio highlighting your UX process, problem-solving skills, and visual design talent.
  • Expert-level proficiency with Figma, including components, auto-layout, prototyping, and design systems.
  • A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
