We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operational Support Specialist to join our organization.

Key Responsibilities

Finance:

  • Collect and organize invoices for accurate financial records.
  • Record expenses under the correct heads for streamlined budgeting.
  • Prepare project-wise P&L statements for informed decision-making.
  • Provide clear snapshots of the overall P&L for all markets and projects, ensuring transparency and accountability.

HR & Payroll:

  • Draft and issue offer letters to new hires, facilitating a smooth onboarding process.
  • Process monthly salary payouts, guaranteeing timely payment and satisfaction.
  • Deduct TDS and other statutory compliances where applicable, ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • Support basic HR and people operations tasks, freeing up management time for strategy.

Administration:

  • Manage travel bookings and logistics, ensuring seamless business trips.
  • Handle paperwork and documentation, maintaining an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Oversee day-to-day administrative tasks, allowing leadership to focus on growth.

Requirements:

  • A background in finance, accounts, or business administration, providing a solid foundation for success.
  • Comfort with basic HR and payroll processes, enabling effective support.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, ensuring high productivity and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (spreadsheets, docs, etc.), facilitating efficient communication and collaboration.
  • Attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate records, guaranteeing data integrity.
