Sr. AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. AI/ML Engineer to help us build cutting-edge, scalable, and impactful solutions.

  • 3-10 Years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development.
  • Degree in computer science or related field.
  • Proficient in Python & software development best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative.
  • A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset.
  • Experience with deploying ML models to a large user base.
  • Familiarity with MLOps way of working.
  • Leading technical role in a team structure (considered as a plus).
  • An engineer that understands customer business needs and translates them into end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Make applications that are carefully architected, scalable and robust through engineering and machine learning expertise.
  • Use Python to deploy production-ready pipelines and ML models.
  • Explore state-of-the-art ML research and drive internal evaluation and adoption of cutting-edge tools and frameworks.
  • Responsible for the high-quality delivery of projects.
  • Technically guide junior engineers.
  • Deliver technical workshops.
  • Leverage expertise to help qualify and land exciting projects.
  • Take ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in their field, having hands-on experience in building intelligent systems from scratch.

In this role, you'll contribute to all phases of the ML lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
