Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage the in-house visual design team to create visually appealing designs for educational content.
  • Coordinate the workflow and delegate tasks to team members to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide guidance and feedback to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand visual design needs and deliverables.
  • Outsourcing and Vendor Management:
  • Conduct quality checks on outsourced visual designs to ensure they meet company standards.
  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure all visual designs meet high standards and adhere to brand guidelines.
  • Review and approve all visual materials before final production or publication.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (12+ years) in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles in the Edtech industry.
