Overview: Refonte Learning's RIGTIP (Refonte Global Training & Internship Program) is your gateway to a rewarding career in AI and Data Science.

This immersive internship program covers core to advanced AI and data science concepts, offering participants the chance to work on impactful, real-world projects with a global reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply cutting-edge machine learning and deep learning techniques to analyze complex datasets, extract patterns, and provide valuable insights.
  • Work with vast data sets to identify trends that shape strategic decision-making and business outcomes.
  • Develop, implement, and optimize AI models for predictive analytics, recommendation systems, and natural language processing (NLP) solutions.
  • Use data mining, statistical analysis, and visualization tools to convert raw data into actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deploy AI models seamlessly within operational systems.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize data pipelines to ensure data accessibility, quality, and consistency for AI applications.
  • Perform data preprocessing and wrangling, ensuring data is clean, structured, and ready for analysis.
  • Implement supervised and unsupervised learning algorithms, including clustering and anomaly detection, to support varied data science use cases.
  • Create custom dashboards and reporting tools to communicate insights to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
  • Adhere to ethical AI practices, ensuring models are fair, transparent, and understandable for all users.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program with a strong drive for continuous learning in data science, machine learning, and AI.
  • Solid foundation in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience in data libraries like Pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills for complex data interpretation.
  • Ability to work independently and in team settings, with strong adaptability and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively share insights and collaborate across teams.

Additional Information: This role is part of our unpaid AI & Data Science Training & Internship program under RIGTIP. Our team will support you through the application and onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
