Job Opportunity

The role of an Adobe Campaign Developer involves designing, developing, and executing complex rules using Adobe Campaign including Java scripting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop workflow solutions in Adobe Campaign Classic on a timely basis with precision as per requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business queries into actionable workflows.
  • Exhibit technical and programming skills such as Java Scripting, CleverTap, CRMNext, Siebel, etc.
  • Work effectively in a team environment and communicate key insights.
  • Monitor existing campaigns, troubleshoot technical issues, make modifications to existing communications, and ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Manage communication status reporting, define standard delivery reports, and create new ad-hoc reports using available tools (e.g. SQL, Adobe Campaign).
  • Analyze key campaign performance metrics and recommend strategies to optimize campaign design.
  • Support the migration of existing communications to the Adobe Campaign platform.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA/BE with 1-2 years experience in Adobe Campaign Classic.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Campaign Classic, Java Scripting, SQL, CRMNext, Siebel, macros, Excel functions, etc.
  • Strong problem-solving attitude, analytical skills, and ability to quickly understand/anticipate business requirements and outline business benefits.
  • Apply data program techniques and procedures.
