Creative Post-Production Director

Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Post Production Manager to lead our post-production team and deliver high-quality videos that meet or exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will have a keen creative eye, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will be responsible for overseeing the entire post-production process, including editing, color, sound, and visual effects.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead post-production workflows across films, digital content, and branded videos.
- Act as the bridge between creative vision and final delivery, balancing timelines and storytelling finesse.
- Take full ownership of delivering high-quality videos that meet or exceed client expectations.
- Oversee the entire post-production process, including editing, color, sound, and VFX.
- Build and manage schedules to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Supervise and guide internal and external teams, including editors, colorists, and sound designers.
- Maintain quality control and ensure all outputs meet platform-specific requirements.
- Collaborate on creative decisions, including music, pacing, graphics, and final polish.
- Manage technical infrastructure, including file storage, backups, and archiving.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the post-production phase, ensuring smooth delivery.
