We are seeking an experienced In Patient Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our Out Patient Department.

About This Role:
  • Supervise registration, documentation, and billing processes in the out patient department with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Capture comprehensive patient information at registration and throughout patient flow.
  • Monitor patients' waiting times and identify bottlenecks for improvement.
  • Handle patient grievances professionally and suggest training programs for enhancements in soft skills and grooming standards.
  • Review new and follow-up appointments, monitor behavioral expectations, and ensure adherence to company appearance policies.
  • Process payments, generate receipts, and review patients' files, lab reports, and SA reports meticulously.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic ambience, display informative brochures, standees, and notices, and provide daily reports to relevant departments.
Key Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to perform well under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Possess outstanding interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.

This is a full-time position with benefits including health insurance and provident fund. The schedule is day shift, and preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 2 years of total work experience or 1 year of hospital experience. Proficiency in Telugu is also desirable.
