Senior Content Strategist

We're seeking an exceptional Senior Content Strategist to join our team.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, who can lead the development of innovative content strategies that drive business results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive content strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement content campaigns that engage and inspire our audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our content offerings.
  • Manage and mentor junior content professionals, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their roles.
  • Contribute to the development of our content calendar, ensuring that all content is aligned with our overall strategy and goals.
  • Work closely with our Business Development team to develop pitches and proposals that showcase our expertise and value proposition.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our content initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful content strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, identifying opportunities to innovate and improve our content offerings.
  • Experience working with content management systems and other digital tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform content decisions.
