Job Title: School Development Officer

Join the Vibgyor Group of Schools team as a School Development Officer, where you will play a crucial role in building strong relationships with parents and driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Parent Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents, ensuring their needs are met and concerns are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the RE team to meet sales and revenue targets, and implement experiential marketing strategies to engage with parents and promote the school's USPs.
  • Administrative Responsibilities: Manage admission registrations, track parent inquiries, and maintain records of admission forms and documents.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and discuss parent inquiries.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business concepts and dynamics, with the ability to analyze sales trends and records.
  • People Management: Effective planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve sales and marketing goals.
